Michaels family and loved ones have had now way of communicating, hence the reason his wife Joanne connected with me.
The cracks were starting to show, especially with their son Jon who was only 2 years old at the time of the accident.
Jon was crying on a daily basis. Also expressing anger and frustration as he felt so disconnected from his dad.
Jon was only 2 when his dad was in the accident.
I used telepathy to connect to Michaels higher self to ask permission support him and he gave a clear yes.
I connected to his heart to set and intention for the session;
“I am free to be myself feeling able to communicate in my own unique way “
Michael was holding onto a lot of anger and fear of being
stuck in his body.
In the session I was looking to see if there were are any core
limiting beliefs that were holding him back from being able to communicate in his own unique way.
“ I am so frustrated inside, stuck in my fucking body”
What happens when we have a core limiting belief is that we start to perceive ourselves and the world around us in a reactive way.
The belief becomes a lens, a filter, an attractor field.
We are attract situations and circumstances that match that vibration.
Michael shared with me he was fearful of speaking his truth.
Even before the accident he was struggling to communicate in his marriage.
As I went deeper more beliefs presented themselves to be alchemised.
“I am stuck not knowing how or what to say feeling angry”
This belief originated at the age of 5
He showed me his 5 year old self in an environment of not knowing what to say.
I thanked the 5 year old version of him for protecting him and keeping him safe but Michael was now consciously choosing to be able to communicate in his own you unique way.
He then told me he lost a part of himself after the accident, no longer being able to communicate with family and loved ones. I could feel a deep sadness in his core.
I used light language which speaks directly to the soul to process the deep sadness and as I did his energy shifted and a powerful intention dropped in.
“I am calling back my power feeling able to communicate in my own unique way”
I was then told his vagas nervous system was damaged and broken. This could be the reason he has had difficulty speaking as when damaged, loss or change of voice can occur.
I invited him to image himself walking and talking.
At first this concept felt so crazy to him as it had been 10 years.
“I am trapped in my body”
I was taken to his 17 year old self and the stressors around puberty, body changing, feeling awkward and unable to engage with the opposite sex.
He shared he was uncomfortable in his body and that part of him felt he had died the day he lost his virginity.
He became scared of the way he was performing in the world.
He questioned if was attractive to the opposite sex and carried body shame.
He had been angry at his body for such a long time he said it was no wonder it didn't want to perform now.
“I am scared of how I am showing up in the world
feeling uncomfortable in my body”
Part of him had given up.
His energy felt stagnant, no movement or flow.
There was a part of him that wanted to die.
“I am scared of what I have become”
“I am a huge problem feeling unable to move my body, I have low body image”
“I have lost trust in a higher power”
“I am angry at the system why are they keeping my alive?”
I connected to the anger.
It was stored in his solar plexus. Which is all about your self worth, self value and self esteem. It also is about your own personal power.
As I processed these beliefs I could feeling a burning desire start to rise, as he acknowledge the importance for him to be able to communicate with those he love.
As his vibration and consciousness started to rise NEW more supportive and loving beliefs were installed.
“ I am not giving up hope on myself feeling my vagas nervous system come to life
“I have trust in a higher power feeling a spirit of pure love
I am acknowledging how I feeling feeling safe to be my true authentic self
I am of the light feeing safe, free and able
I am a spirit of pure love feeling love for myself in every cell of my body
I am love and love is my true nature feeling able to make small movements
I am consciously choosing to heal feeling the power of God in every cell of my body
I invited his family to hold Michael in the highest vibration of love.
To speak to him and share their excitement of being able to create their own unique way of communicating
For them it is to ask permission to tap into his energy.
To image, sense or feel a solid rod through the centre of their body.
Yes – their body has no tension around the rod, they can even imagine, sense or feel the rod being able to spin freely
No – the body feels tense around the rod. Restricted, with no movement

I am excited to share about an hour after the session Michael started to do some interesting blinking with his eyes, which he never normally does.
His son Jon (who I also did a telepathic session with) hasn't shed a tear since the session and spoke to his mum about feeling closer than ever to his dad.
When I read her message I felt so much warmth in my heart
